Method and Policy of Payment

  • After we receive the request form of your wedding and after we confirm you, we will require a down payment in minimum 50% of the total to amount you have pay in the package
  • To fully pay the package we require in maximum 7 days before the wedding day
  • You can only pay through our bank account in Indonesia to transfer
  • If there is any additional request outside the package, please inform us in maximum 7 days before the wedding day. If you inform us less than 7 days before the wedding day, it will be extra charged outside the package then you have to fully pay in maximum 3 days before your wedding day.
  • To cancel the wedding and if you already pay 30 days before your wedding day, we will charge a cancellation costs 50% of the package price, except for venue, food and beverage will be charge a cancellation costs 100% and depend of the policy of our vendors.
  • If you and your partner plan to have a wedding in national holiday season or on a celebration day in Indonesia, we will inform you accordingly, but we will accept the request yet comes with a different price referred to the package you desire.
